Isomogroside V - Introduction
Isomogroside V(Isomogroside V) is a natural product, mainly found in Siraitia grosvenorii. It is a triterpene saponin, chemical structure contains multiple glycosides and steroid skeleton. Isomogroside V is a very strong sweetening substance that is hundreds of times sweeter than sucrose.
